It can take upto 3years or more for an RAF claim to be finalised , after finalisation for the proceeds to be paid out it can take 180 days or more .We come in to provide a relieve in this instance and offer our clients advances from 100k upto R25m.

To law firms we also assist with advances on attorney and own client bill or disbursements on a party and party bill. Since we are consultants in nature we charge 10% once off finders fee for our services and our clients enter into a mandate and fee agreement with us
